Went there for my 60,000 mile service on my 2015 Mazda 6. Easy service department to work worth ended up catching that my battery was nearly dead and they unfortunately had to wait for a new shipment of batteries to come in due to high demand. So I was stuck there for several hours to wait. They did offer a shuttle to take me to a place to eat if I had wanted. I declined but appreciated the option. I instead looked around their showroom. All of the salespeople were professional and willing to talk about all options to upgrade or negotiate trade-ins. ...

I had a very pleasant experience with this dealer. The salmon Rob was great. His experience and knowledge with car was shown to be very extensive and thorough. He was always prompt to return emails. The Mazda 6 I test drove was a great car. The comfort of the interior and the ride quality are absolute plus. We ultimately purchase a difference vehicle, but the price and quality of the Mazda 6 was great. I highly recommend Mazda of Fredricksburg!!
