We just bought our first Mazda! I will summarize my comments by saying this dealership has to be one of the best there is. If you are in the market for a new car, no matter what brand you have in mind, you have to visit this dealership, even if it’s not the closest one to you. My wife and I were contemplating Toyota , Kia, and Mazda for a mid-size 3 row SUV. I was impressed with the professional & helpful attitude of Steve in the service department. He made sure my vehicle in for tire rotation, oil/filter change, & multipoint check was completed quickly so I could make another appointment. An added bonus, the tech also made a video of my vehicles areas serviced & multi point check under the hood & under carriage. Nice experience!
Their customer service has always been respectful, informative, they listen to my questions and concerns then address them. I feel that I am paying a fair price for the work done. They provide open communications about the service they are completing on your vehicle which leaves one feeling that there is no hidden agendas or shortcuts. They are providing the service they say they are.

We have a CX9 we bought a remote start at the dealership which Mazda has never supported we were told by the parts mananger that Mazda was doing something to fix the issue after waiting some time we are told that Mazda will not proceed with the fix so we are now out of the cost for the unit. I have asked for the mananger to contact me but as yet have not received any contact.This will be the last vehicle we will purchase at this loc.

We went in and were put in an office while the salesman went to talk to the manager. We stayed there a long while and decided to leave as we were leaving the manager was suddenly ready to talk with us. I emailed several questions during the week and they were never answered. We came back the next weekend to buy the car. We asked for a price on the next model up and decided on that one.
