The defender will begin downfield, or down your backyard. The receiver will will begin to run down the field, and the quarterback’s goal is to throw the ball to the receiver. The receiver must not be tagged by the defender. There are two ways for the round to end, either the defender tags the receiver, or the pass is incomplete. Then, it is time to rotate. The quarterback will become the receiver, the defender will wait in line for another turn, the receiver becomes the defender, and whoever was next in line becomes the quarterback.

Fake Out

When your team isn’t playing well, all you have to do is fake it until you make it. During Fake Out, one player will run across the “field” with the goal of not being tagged by the player coming from the opposite direction. Have everyone lined up and ready to rotate sides. This game will show you who’s your fastest teammate, so start warming up!

Ultimate Football

With Ultimate Football, you can give everyone the opportunity to practice throwing and catching. First, form two teams. The object of the game is to get the ball across the field without turning over the ball. Although, you cannot run the ball, as you must throw it. Whether the team carrying the ball drops it, fumbles, or has an incomplete pass, it is time to turn over the ball to the other team.
